Using Natural Language Processing with Amazon Alexa extension
In this short video, I will demonstrate how to Customize and build a complex itinerary using speech, first understand user requirements, later checking the SQL database to verify user profile and related Travel Agent, preparing Whitelabel responsive mini website and finally accessing another Intent to answer some basic questions weather and visa, and collect quick survey, also using sentiment analysis to understand the success of user engagement with the Virtual AI Assistant.
Going forward this AI Virtual Assistant engine can be adapted to IVR phone systems, and users can call Travel Companies or cruise lines to ask all related information about their trip.
Next week I like to demonstrate how to book a cruise cabin, some shore excursions, pre and post land arrangements using Facebook Messenger.
